also i read about kid kakashi being proud and bla bla bla in this movie: kakashi has 2 lines in the whole movie so don't expect character development with him. They say that they have something important to do, which is not really important because every major event happens in front of naruto. About minato and the others from the past: it totally feels like a metal gear experience, because they just appear at sometimes say some things and disappear, letting you return to the video game. the villain is good but the girl its only here for the almost give up-cheesy song before naruto's speech. its was great but i felt like naruto was the naruto from the time the previous movie came out, and i was expecting to see him in sennin mode kicking ass. he fights trough his puppets so we see various shapes of him. This time there's only one villain, a puppetmaster (i thought at the beginning of the movie he was pretty weak but at the last part when he is kicking everybody's ass he feels pretty strong. in naruto movies they come with some good creative ideas for this. some thing that i like in naruto movies are the villains, in most shonen anime movies the common cliché is a team of some villains and their boss vs all the main characters. its more about naruto alone which is very cool. It is a side story from the main series, but enjoyable all the same (even if I didn’t get to see the Kakashi I know and admire so much).The action scenes are superb, animation its awesome as usual in studio pierrot movies, the story is actually pretty good.

If you watch the Naruto series and enjoy some if not all of the side stories, you may wish to watch this movie. Box set 14 might have had me in this state, damn you oestrogen and progesterone. Just to establish, the crying face is when you look completely unattractive through crying so bad. It did not make me pull the crying face however. This did invoke some of my female hormones into action that I had some slight tears in my eyes. Naruto does meet up with a particular character in this movie and you want certain conversations to happen, which do a little at the end (not as much as you would like). The ending I found disappointing, almost like the scenario “I woke up and it was all a dream”. It is interesting to find out more about the place where Naruto’s mission is set, as the story unfolds it all pieces together. It is enjoyable, yet predictable in most senses. This movie is stereotypically like a lot of other Naruto side stories. You get the standard for Naruto, there is always a new personality that is encouraged by Naruto’s confidence and words. You get to meet more characters than the few mentioned above, some you will recognise. The adventure continues from there, I am not revealing anymore than that.
Getting his hands on the seal that is in place for the Ryūmyaku Mukade gets surrounded by a great power, Naruto and Yamato with the initial intention to prevent this, get enveloped in the power as well. Mukade is after Ryūmyaku an ancient Chakra that flows underneath the ruins of a city called Rouran. The scene starts with Naruto, Sakura, Sai and Yamato in the middle of a mission to stop a rogue ninja called Mukade. If you have seen the movies before, then you know these are not really a part of the main series storyline and more of a side step into Naruto and his comrades’ other missions and adventures. Naruto Shippuden Movie 4: The Lost Tower is set about the time of Naruto Shippuden box set 14.
